We have a vet on call 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to handle any emergency.
In case of emergency call the hospital on 02 4578 4229. The vet will be contacted immediately
By the paging service and will call you back as soon as possible.

HOUSE CALLS
Our policy is to keep house calls to a minimum in order to provide maximum service at the
Hospital. However, house calls are available for the elderly or when it is impossible to
bring
the animal to the surgery.
FEES
The premises, equipment, drugs, staff and partners are all maintained solely by the money
Received for services rendered. We request payment at the time of consultation or
discharge
From hospital. We do not give credit or run accounts.
Seniors receive a 10% discount.
PICK UP & DELIVERY SERVICE
We provide a pick up and delivery service for clients with transport problems and/or
emergency Situations.
WAITING ROOM POLICY
All dogs must be on a lead
All cats must be in a cage or box
These regulations are for the safety of your pet.
BOARDING & GROOMING
Boarding and grooming are available here at the surgery for your convenience. Please ask
the nurse Or doctor for details.
If you have any worries, doubts or complaints please raise them with the vet. We try to
give clients an

involved. If you
Do not understand or feel you have not been told enough please don’t hesitate to tell
